SIMPLE STUDY TIPS Now that We’ve Moved Online
We understand this is a difficult time for all, and moving online is quite a transition. Here are some friendly reminders to stay healthy and well at home. 🏡🌱
Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, even if you haven't left your home all day! You can never be too clean or careful.
Refrain from face touching, especially the nose and eyes.
Continue to stay on top of your work. Just because we've moved online doesn't mean you stop working hard to achieve your academic goals. 📚
Take study breaks by standing up from your workspace every hour or so. Consider to:
☕ Grab a drink of water or tea
🗣 Chat with family members
🚶♀️ Walk around your home or backyard
Study better with friends? Set up video chats. Keep getting distracted? Play a YouTube study livestream instead. If you know you're not built for studying with others though, don't be too tempted by these as you'll just get more unproductive. 💻
Set up an at-home workout routine along with a playlist to get you moving! 🎶
Take care to still be eating all your meals a day. 🍽🥢
