6 reactions you are having to the end of 2017

It's the end of the year! Class parties, saying goodbye to early mornings and hello to Summer!
Here are the 6 reactions we KNOW you are having as we near the end of the school term.

No. 1 - Relief

Exams are over, you won't have any deadlines for a while! Particularly as you get to senior school, life can be defined by assessment dates, assessment release dates and reports. No more, welcome 6 weeks where the only date you'll be staying up late for is Christmas!

The next 6 weeks will be responsibility free!

No. 2 - SICK

It's class party season and you know what that means! Too much sugar. You'll feel yourself getting excited, emotional, drained and back to excited as you ride the sugar highs that come from celebrating the end of the year. You'll probably start to feel worse after you watch all the in class movies your teachers can throw at you.

Is there such thing as too many M&Ms?

No. 3 - Confused

And honestly a little lost. What are you going to do for the next 6 weeks? Are you ready to move from year 10 to year 11? Is 6 weeks of rest worth being separated from your friends? There are so many questions each holidays, and it is natural to feel a little unsure.

No 4. - Celebrating

Change is good, and fun, and you sure are ready for whatever this next step is. At the end of the day it almost doesn't matter what happens next year, because knowing change is coming just feels so good!

No 5. - Lonely

Seriously. Home alone with your parents and little brother is not the ideal way to spend your time. There's only so much Netflix you can watch without needing your squad. And while you try to organise catch ups over the holidays, someone is always away, or doing something else, or grounded.

No 6. Apprehensive

The countdown begins. 6 weeks = 42 days = going to be over too soon. You just know you'll close your eyes and Christmas will be over and the beginning of next year will be too close for comfort!
